Coordinate fashion show

Ebony Fashion Fair Chairpersons - Brief Article

By the time that the 43rd annual Ebony Fashion Fair ends its tour in Montreal on May 20, it will have showcased its collection in 176 cities across the United States and Canada.

The world's premier traveling fashion show, with the theme "Fashion Sensation," will make its debut this year on September 6 in Matteson, Ill., displaying dramatic designs that take the show to a new level.

The award-winning show will feature the designs that were selected by the show's producer, Mrs. Eunice W. Johnson, wife of EBONY Publisher John H. Johnson. The production features dramatic creations from internationally famous fashion designers (including African-American designers). It also highlights items from the collections of the top fashion houses in the United States and Europe.

A variety of nonprofit groups sponsor the fashion show in each city, and the following are the chairpersons who help to coordinate the shows in their respective areas.
