SOFTWARE : Vital's CRiSP is more than a simple text edi - Brief Article - Product Announcement
PLANO, Tex. -- Vital Inc. has released version 7.0 of its CRiSP visual text editor.
A development environment designed for software developers, it supports a number of platforms including Windows, Linux, SunOS, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, DEC Unix, SCO, SGI, Unixware, FreeBSD and BSDI.
Standard editing features include dynamic tagging, a source code browser, search and replace, cut and paste, syntax highlighting/colouring, dynamic spell checking, code folding, columnar editing and keyboard emulations.
New features in 7.0 include Multiple Document Support, an advanced file compare facility, a built-in ftp client, the ability to edit text and binary files large than 2GB, code beautifying for HTML, C/C++ and XML, and intraline differencing/merging.
