Sunbelt Software Announces Upgrade to Security Vulnerability Scanner; New Version of ``Network Security Inspector'' Enhances Scanning Results and Reporting
CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Sunbelt Software, a leading provider of enterprise system infrastructure software, today announced the release of a new upgrade to Sunbelt Network Security Inspector(TM) (SNSI). The new version 1.6 delivers enhancements to the existing version that offer more informative scan results and additional reporting capabilities. SNSI now supplies high-level scan results that provide short descriptions of each scan for quick reference. The reports have been re-categorized for easier use and administrators now have the ability to easily export reports to multiple formats including pdf, xls, doc, html, xml and DB formats.
About SNSI
SNSI delivers robust commercial-grade vulnerability scanning that detects a broad range of vulnerabilities in Windows platforms and systems running Sun Solaris, HP-UX, Red Hat Linux and Mandrake Linux, SUSE Linux, Cisco routers, and HP printers.
