Hyperion Teams with Red Hat - Company Business and Marketing - Brief Article
Hyperion Solutions Corp. recently teamed up with Red Hat Software Inc. Under a marketing and development agreement, Hyperion will deliver a new version of its Hyperion Essbase OLAP server optimized for the Linux operating system. As Linux deployment grows, this Essbase will help users develop Web-analytic solutions, e-business solutions, and balanced scorecard.
Hyperion's OLAP server already runs on multiple platforms, including HP-UX, IBM OS/390, Sun Solaris, and Windows NT and 95/98.
