Anti-virus software and services provider Central Command has introduced Vexira Antivirus for Linux servers, workstations and e-mail messaging servers.
The three new products are virus protection applications combining high-speed virus scanning and virus detection technology. The software is claimed to protect against all forms of DOS, Windows, Linux, OS/2 and UNIX based viruses.
Features include the ability to scan files automatically as they are accessed; configurable path protection; e-mail notification; blocked access to infected files; options to repair, rename or delete infected files; and automated Internet updating.
For a limited period a 25% discount is available on the purchase price of Vexira Antivirus for Linux. Vexira Antivirus for Linux Workstations licences start at USD29.97, Vexira Antivirus for Linux Servers pricing starts at USD262.47, and Vexira MailArmor for Linux message servers is priced from USD149.95.
